LEARN VIETNAMESE PRONUNCIATION THROUGH NEW WORDS 2

Hello,

Today we will learn next fifteen new Vietnamese words. These words are things that we can meet in a classroom.

Please practice as much as possible until you can sound these words easily because those are popular and you may meet everywhere when speaking Vietnamese. Please remember that in Vietnamese each word has only one syllable. 

For example the words "mở" (open) , "cầm" (take) , "cái" (thing), ... all written words have only one syllable.

Compare with English words: 'Computer': 1 word 2 syllables, 'vietnamese' : 1 word 3 syllables, ....

And now, let's practice vietnamese pronunciation with the words for today:

1. Mở sách ra : Open your book
2. Gấp sách lại: Close your book
3. Cầm bút chì lên : Take out your pencil
4. Đặt bút chì xuống: Put away your pencil
5. Kệ sách : Bookcase
6. Quả địa cầu : Globe
7. Đồng hồ : Clock
8. Máy cát sét : Cassette player
9. Bản đồ : Map
10. Cái gọt bút chì : Pencil sharpener
11. Bảng thông báo : Bulletin board
12. Máy tính : Computer
13. Phấn : Chalk
